Brief History


Koza Yönetim ve Servis A.Ş. was established on December 14th, 2005 by Garanti Koza İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. which is one of the oldest and leading construction companies of Turkey since 1948.

Koza Yönetim started its facility management activities in December 2005 for Tekstilkent Koza Plaza which was constructed by Garanti Koza. In 2008, Koza Yönetim started facility management in Bahçeşehir Koza Homes which is also developed and constructed by Garanti Koza.


Koza Yönetim received ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Certificate in 2009 and Sector Business Ethics Principles Certification in 2010.


In 2010, Koza Yönetim has started waste water treatment services for Zekeriyaköy region by operating Zekeriyaköy Wastewater Treatment Plant of Garanti Koza. In the same year, the Company also started the facility management services in Ispartakule Koza Homes and Selective Kartal Homes.


Koza Yönetim and Haytap, Animal Rights Federation signed a cooperation protocol in 2011. Koza Yönetim became one of the major supporters of Haytap Animal Rights Federation through organizing the photo contests and publishing calendars about stray animals every year. All the revenues of the calendars are being used for the projects in favor of stray animals.


Koza Management started the management of Akkoza Defne Blocks and Kartal Aura Residence in 2012. Next year, the Company started to manage Akkoza, Açelya, Begonya, Çiğdem and Koru Blocks of Akkoza, Polat Plaza Block B and Merit Life Kent Residence.


In the year 2014, Koza Yönetim honoured and awarded by the European Commission and the IMP³rove Academy with the “International IMP³rove Award 2014” due to the best innovation management results of the Company.


With a ceremony held in the Historical Palazzo Re Enzo of Bologna, Italy on September 30th, 2014; the “International IMP³rove Award 2014” was presented to Mr. Levent Alatli, General Manager of Koza Yönetim by Michel Catinat from the European Commission, President of Unit “Key Enabling Technologies and Digital Economy” and A.T. Kearney’s partner, Dr. Kai Engel carrying out the process of the IMP³rove Award.


Koza Management started the facility management of 4 different office buildings of T.E.V., Turkish Educational Foundation in 2015.


Koza Management, celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2015, has turned into a exemplary model in the building and facility management industry with its knowledge, qualified human resources and advanced technology. Koza Management currently serves more than 50,000 customers in more than 10,000 residential and commercial buildings.
